It seem there has been a few difference between my test machine and the current machine. Even though they both use the same OS, there seem to be a difference in the default language and supported character.

Currently, all non ASCII character are misinterpreted and are converted into double interrogation marks (??). This apply to accents (é, ç, à, etc), special character such as word processing quotes, copyright mark, etc.

If you type directly your text into the form without using accent, you should be ok. If, on the other hand, you copy / paste text from a word processor such as M$ word, then you may have come garbled characters, as Words like to replace all the quotes with their owns.

I'm investigating the problem, but for the moment, I fear it's deep into the OS default character set.

This has been fixed, along with some issues with the pageview and gallery arts count.
